Deck and hull are in very good condition due regular maintenance and cleaning. Overall boat is in good condition and is ready to sail. Matching sunbrella covers for cabin top, winches, main sail, life lines, wheel steering, and bimini top. New cockpit cushions. Lexan windows show small cracks on port and starboard.
Hull : the hull is in good condition. It shows no signs blistering, delaminations, and free of scratches. Below the waterline was painted May 2020 with anti-fouling paint.
Interior :
Floor: teak and holly floorboards. In very good condition.
Fabric & cushions: Interior cushions in good condition.
Cabinets: all cabinets were dry and in good condition.
Storage: hanging lockers in after stateroom and at the Nav station. , cabinets in the galley and head. Storage cabinets under each seat.
Fresh water system: yes, not tested. Cold water only. Fresh water shower at the stern.
Galley stove: alcohol
Head: Jabsco manual pump with holding tank. operational
Bilge: Clean and dry
Keel bolts: SS keel bolts show normal discoloration. Center keel bolt was bonded with a metal back plate.
Through hull fittings and seacocks: all seacocks were operational.
Deck comments:
Topsides: the topsides and deck are in good condition. It shows no signs blistering, delaminations (soft spots) and generally free of scratches. Two overhead hatches forward of the mast. Some minor spider cracks in the cockpit. There are no signs of leaks to the interior.
Cockpit: pedestal wheel steering, with compass and engine controls. New sunbrella cover. Matching bimini top.
Mast and boom : The mast is stepped on deck. The mast, boom, and SS standing rigging are all in good and serviceable condition. The backstay is split. Forestay is new. All running rigging (lines) are in good condition. Rigged with lazy jacks. New main sail cover 2020.
Deck fittings: all lines are deck organized and brought back to the cockpit and secured with rope clutches. There are 2-gang Lewmar rope clutches on each side of the cabin top.
Pulpits: Bow and stern pulp
