USCG Documented Vessel with MARAD Waiver.

Traditional layout.
U-shaped GALLEY with double stainless sink (aft), Dickinson Caribbean 2-burner propane stove/oven (outboard side), deep freezer & refrigeration (forward).
SALON: Nav desk to stbd opposite galley with storage locker and wet locker aft.
U-shaped settee to port, straight settee to stbd.
Head compartment with separate shower stall, portside forward of salon. Hanging lockers and drawer storage to stbd.
Forward cabin has on offset "pullman-style" berth (you don't have to climb over your pillows to get into bed).

DECK:
Nonskid, painted. Teak decks removed by previous owner.
Teak bridge deck and cockpit seating/lockers. Teak grating in cockpit well.
Foldaway Swim Ladder mounted to portside genoa track.
(2019) Lifelines replaced

COCKPIT: storage lockers to port and starboard. Access to battery compartment and aft end of engine (under cockpit) through port locker. Lazarette storage aft. Propane locker (hold two 20# tanks).

All thru-hulls and valves replaced w/ Groco bronze materials (2017).

Completely rebuilt and reinsulated refrigerator/ freezer system from Coastal Climate Control with new air-cooled or keel-cooled compressor (keel cooler onboard but not yet installed), evaporator plate, cross-over system with separate refrigerator/freezer controls.
RIGGING & SPARS:
Aluminum mast & boom
(2016) Bobstay and fitting replaced (Sta-Lok fittings, upper & lower).
(2018) Backstay chainplate replaced.
(2018) Standing rigging replaced (Hi-MOD fittings, upper & lower).
(2018) Running rigging replaced.
(2019) Lifelines replaced
(2019) Compression post rebuilt using white oak.
(2021) Boom gallows rebuilt/replaced (teak).
(2024 May) All port & stbd chainplate knees rebuilt. All port & stbd chainplates replaced. Chainplates fabricated of 3/8 thick type 316 stainless steel.
STEERING SYSTEM:
Tiller steering with below-deck linear-drive autopilot.
(2016) Rudder rebuilt and new rudder post fabricated, new stainless steel pillow block bearing for rudder post.
(2018) New tiller fabricated from White Oak by Morgan MacDonald, Master Shipwright. New bronze tiller head fabricated by Port Townsend Foundry.
TENDER:
10ft. Caribe RIB (fiberglass bottom) w/ Yamaha 15hp two-stroke (engine new July 2023)
