Description: |
I have owned this boat 10 years and its time to pass it on. The previous owner, owned this boat 16 years, sailing it across the Atlantic and throughout the Mediterranean. I removed the mizzenmast mast and its now a masthead sloop. Its powered by a Yanmar 3GM30F freshwater engine that has been recently been serviced, and runs like a top.Sails: main, Genoa, jib, storm, and spinnaker. This boat was originally a yawl, but the mizzenmast mast has been removed, and a Harken traveler installed on the coach roof, eliminating all those lines in the cockpit. Dont be fooled by the low price on this boat. It could use some tender loving care, but is a great sturdy boat, with a strong engine, with a large compliment of sails. It will need bottom paint, but I have the bottom is cleaned monthly. It could also use some fresh varnish. The deck has been painted with Allgrip. Condition of the boat is fair to good |

This Sailboat is tiller steered, but I have the pedestal,steering wheel, quadrant,pulleys etc. to convert back to wheel steering if desired. New Vetus shifter. Lots of extra equipment comes with this boat that I never installed on the boat. Lots of spare parts, all cooking, serving and eating utensils, bar-b-que grill, etc. Im leaving a ton of gear on the boat, as Im getting out of sailing, and wont be getting another sailboat. Three built in fuel tanks, two monel and one plastic hold 42 gallons of fuel! Two water tanks and a composting toilet. About five years ago I replaced all thru-hull fittings (with bronze not plastic),drive shaft, Cutlass bearing, and PSA shaft seal.
Items not shown include dodger with stainless steel bows, several anchors, 200 feet of anchor chain, life raft, components to convert the ice box into a 12volt refrigerator/freezer,
and 2 solar panels. |
