35' C&C Landfall 35

A clean well taken care of C&C Landfall 35 that has been extensively refit and cared for.

This is C&C Yachts' cruising oriented model but still sails like the brand is noted for. It includes a "couples" layout with its pullman style quarter berth and a forward position settee. It has a 4'11" draft making it well suited for cruising the thin waters of the Chesapeake, Bahamas and Florida's west coast. It also has the fully dependable and preferred Yanmar diesel engine with long range fuel capacity.

Engine had brand new exhaust manifold, raw water pump, freshwater cooling pump, hoses, and thermostat housing replaced 8/2023.

The mast was pulled by Hold Fast Rigging and the Nitronic 50 rod rigging shrouds were sent to Florida Rigging and Hydraulics where they were reheaded 11/2023. The forestay and backstay were replaced with 9/32" 1x19 SS Wire to accommodate a future roller furler installation. Rig was fully inspected, VHF antennae and coax cable replaced.
