The Catalina 30 (1977) is a very roomy cruiser for its size. The main cabin is very open with a galley and lots of storage. She boasts a dinette and a large settee. A large V-berth cabin is forward, with a comfortable stateroom aft. The interior cushions are in great condition. It is one of the most popular cruising sailboats ever built. The boat is in good condition. Needs only regular spring maintenance.
Cushions are all in good condition.
Head works well and water system works well.
Bimini in good cond. The bright work on deck is nearly refinished, but health issues have left it incomplete. Comes with many extras |

Three sails including it has a Harken Furler for the 135% head-sail, mainsail, and a spinnaker. The sails are in fair to good condition and will last several seasons.
Inboard Atomic Four gas engine, runs well and well maintained with new alternator. The gear could use some adjustment but worked fine last year as is. The gas gauge needs rewiring or replacement.
New house battery and new starter battery
