Description: |
The SV Blue Goose, an Ericson 38 designed by Bruce King in 1980, is a solid blue water vessel known for its sturdy fiberglass build, perfect for tackling rough seas. Its fin keel ensures easy maneuverability in marinas and while holding an upwind tack. Plus, most of the winches are cockpit-operated, making solo sailing a breeze. The Universal Diesel motor underwent a full rebuild just a year ago, guaranteeing reliable performance. Equipped with a stainless steel arch housing two solar panels and davits for the dinghy, she's fully set up for extended trips. Below deck, you'll find plenty of space with a tall interior (headroom of 64), including a quarter berth, galley, saloon, game table, V-berth, a bathroom with separate shower, and a cozy wood stove. The mahogany interior and real leather cushions add to the comfortable vibe. And don't forget, the double quarter berth can be enclosed to create a separate cabin. Ready to set sail, the SV Blue Goose is your key to exploring the untouched beauty of the Sea of Cortez. Moored near Marina La Paz, you can even purchase the mooring along with the boat for added convenience. |
