31.5' Bangor Punta Marine Cal 31

Very nice Bill Lapworth designed Cal 31. Spent 99% of its life in fresh water. Extensive refit in 2014-2015, and in very good mechanical condition. Recently sailed from Chattanooga, TN to Carrabelle, FL; living aboard for two months. Fresh bottom paint in Nov. 2014. Completely ready for extended cruising. Has 400 watt inverter and new battery charger. Danforth anchors: 25 lb (with 20'-5/16" chain and 200'-9/16" nylon rode) and 13 lb with rode. Wheel steering with new Ritchie bracket mount compass. All required navigation and anchor lights. All sheets, wire/rope halyards and topping lift and boom vang in very good condition. Two Barient 21 sheet winches, two Barient halyard winches on mast. Two fender holders, boat hook, throwable life ring, emergency tiller. Shore power with 50' cord and GFCI power outlets. Double lifelines with stainless steel bow and stern rails. Stern swim ladder works very well. Large port and starboard cockpit lockers. Both settees convert to berths, one single and one double. V-berth is quite roomy. Two hanging lockers.
