Fleeting Moment is a truly fine example of an e-33, one of the best performance daysailors you could hope to sail. She has been serving her sole owners exceedingly well since her 2011 launch, sailing the waters of the Fox Islands and Penobscot bay as a professionally maintained family daysailer. The e-33, developed by E Sailing Yachts founders Robbie Doyle and designer Jeremy Wurmfeld with a goal of usability, comfort and performance. Their vision was executed in the highest quality by the builders at Lyman-Morse in Thomaston Maine. The result is the perfect Grand Tourer of the yacht world.

She also is a high performance race boat, a performance level which is incredibly accessible to anyone who takes their turn at the light and balanced helm. Above the water, the topsides shine with luster and a beautiful, subtle sheer and cabin trunk line, all complimented with the perfect amount of varnished teak. The cockpit stretches an expansive 16 with ample seating for 6 in the working cockpit and two additional lounging on the cushioned aft deck.
The Seldon Spars carbon masts backswept spreaders eliminate the need for a backstay, paired with aluminum boom with internal advantage for macro and micro sheeting, as well as for the one line reefing, provide intuitive and simple sail control. No winches are needed for trim and tacking. All sails are in perfect condition with annual service and cleaning. A Navtec system for controlling the hydraulic headstay tensioner sits in the cockpit and allows for easy and precise mainsail trimming. I have been the very satisfied sole owner of my 1984 documented Herreshoff Cat Ketch 31, NOMAD. If you are not familiar with this design, please FIRST read the excellent comprehensive review from Practical Sailor (search PS reviews under " herreshoff-cat-ketch-31 "). Although the review emphasizes the simplicity and excellent sailing qualities of the design, I would feature her fine sea-keeping ability and ease of single handing (no winches, main and mizzen sheets easily handled while seated at the tiller). And, she has a unique tabernacle system for the freestanding masts that can be operated at no cost by a single person dockside or at anchor. With masts folded,'air draft' is 12 ft. Her interior is the optional two cabin layout in tropical oak, Tabebuia rosea. (see interior photos and cabin layout plan)
Nomad, is seeking a new master who;
Wants to coastal cruise and gunkhole in comfort with their partner or family,
Values the elegance, simplicity, practicality and romance of a classic design,
Appreciates the wisdom that L. Francis Herreshoff imparts in The Complete Cruiser,
If the above describes you, Nomad would like you to contact her current owner to get acquainted. Located in Patchogue Long Island,

2024 Tartan Fantail Weekender model sailed for 2 seasons in fresh water
I ordered the boat new from Tartan and after the first season I got a slip at our marina that could fit a Corsair trimaran unfoldedand Ive always wanted a trimaran.
Tartan has been making the Fantail for approximately 14 years. My boat is the first one with a white hull. It is a beautiful boat, in nearly new condition, and has a very large cockpit!
The boat was stored inside my storage unit.
This boat is a lot of fun to sail. It just takes a few minutes and you are out on the water. The engine is super quiet, the boat backs up with ease, and the engine easily pushes the boat along at 5 knots. My friends at the marina with much larger boats always wanted to go out on the Fantail. The cockpit easily fits 6 or more. When my wife and I went out, she could lay down in the cockpit and go to sleep, and I could control everything from the back of the cockpit. There is not much to do when you tack because the jib is self tacking and you control the jib sheets from either side of the boat.
I priced out a new Fantail Weekender with the same options: over $160,000. For over $35,000 less you will get a very clean, nearly new Fantail. Note: If you look at older Fantails, many have an aluminum mast, and these boats don't sail nearly as well. Also, the Torqeedo Pod system is relatively new. Many of the older Fantails have the 3.0 electric motor that is essentially an outboard that is mounted in the stern locker and has to be kicked up when sailing. In my opinion it ruins the look of the boat. With the pod you get a nice clean stern.
The boat just came out of the water and is on the trailer and ready for next season. It can be left in my storage unit over the winter, or picked up anytime.

Super fun and solid classic J-boat racer-cruiser. Bought from the original owners family 5 years ago, and have been restoring it slowly since then. I have done lots of work, bought new sails, tons of new rigging and hardware, and have loads of fun cruising and racing Betegeuse. You can sleep 6 for a fun overnight or race with between 6 and 8. Has a small head and galley is generally comfy down below.
This is the predecessor to the J/35, with the same hull mold but fitted out with a more complicated and taller rig, and I think originally more amenities down below. J/boats 3rd boat J/24 - J/30, J/36), when powered up its a blast.
Deck is in great shape. Hull was professionally media-blasted, faired, and epoxy coated in 2022.
Selling because life is moving on. It was a great project, and time for something new.
I can share a much more detailed summary of the boat condition on request.

Great Solid Boat with Lots of Potential! A great boat for the bay. Tall rig for those light wind days and a shoal draft keel for those shallow coves.
We recently bought a house and we don't have time to use the boat. I would love to have it sold before the marina fees are due again. Any reasonable offer could be considered.
I have done many upgrades to the boat and have the materials to do some more. It has been well taken care of, but still needs attention on a few items. I believe the price reflects that. I will list a few of the notable repairs that I have done since 2022:
Replaced Wooden Mast Support Block with Fiberglass and a S.S. Screw Jack
Installed new VHF antenna on mast and all new VHF cable
All new Wet Exhaust Hose
New Bathroom Faucet
3 new Sink Drains
Drain line from ice box ran to foot pump at galley sink.
New S.S. Mast Step Plate for rigging
Installed a new Halyard and mast head pulley for a spinnaker.
Drained and cleaned diesel tank
New Enlarged heat exchanger for the engine and a new 165 deg. thermostat
New Main Halyard and ball-bearing masthead pulley.
New Bottom Paint in 2023 Micron CSC

Location: South Pacific (Philippines)
After 9 years of bluewater cruising across the South Pacific, we are offering this exceptional Hallberg-Rassy 48 at a reduced price of $440,000. The current owner is a retired marine engineer who previously completed a single-handed circumnavigation and has equipped this Bristol based on that experience. Preparations for offshore passage to Europe have been mostly completed. A health emergency has changed plans and she is now for sale. This cruisers charmer has also provided years of comfortable living aboard in the greater Ft Lauderdale area. The inventory of equipment enables the next owner to step aboard and enjoy the comforts of home or prepare for passage to your destination of choice. She has a full keel and sloop rig with furling genoa and a removable forestay (with option for hank on foresail of choice). The vessel is Coast Guard documented with Florida registration.

Papillon is ketch-rigged, center cockpit with a full isinglass enclosure making for comfortable passages. Two private berths, fore and aft, allow for spacious living with privacy. Her full cut-away keel 4.9 ft draft and an ICW friendly 50 mast allow for maximum flexibility in anchorages and coastal cruising. She was built on Chesapeake Bay and is considered by many to be the ultimate in cruising designs.
Papillon is set up for an off-the-grid cruising lifestyle with her systems so balanced she can sit on anchor for months at a time. Commissioned and built by the owner of Dickerson Boat Builders himself after he sailed to Jamaica on a sister ship. Her full, cut-away keep and heavy displacement allows her to be comfortably taken offshore or cruised down the Intracoastal Waterway.
She has been a coastal and Island cruiser for the past 32 years, making over 25 passages to the Bahamas and northern Atlantic, a solid yacht that will serve her new owners well for many years to come.
Papillon" was purchased as a home and a long-distance stable cruiser, and she has provided both. We have cruised her from Baltimore, through the Bahamas, and as far south as the Dominican Republic. She is loved and well cared for and currently docked in St. Augustine ready for her next adventure, north or south. It is our hope to find someone looking for what she is, a comfortable home and a fine vessel that will take you anywhere you want to go.-current owners

Among pilothouse sailboats, the Nauticat 37 is considered one of the best designs with an attractive profile and roomy interior while offering respectable sailing performance. Solidly built in Finland in 2003 by Nauticat Shipyard (previously Siltala Yachts) in Northern European workmanship in build-quality and joinery. Three Rivers is a comfortable blue water sailboat ideal for extended cruises or live-aboard. Her large pilothouse with a raised saloon provides a bright living space with excellent all-around visibility, also perfect for keeping watches and navigating in the open seas in safety and comfort. Featuring a large aft-stateroom, a V-berth, and two heads, a saloon and galley, the NC37 has comparable living space as many 40 footers.
Although a 2003 model, commissioning for this boat was finished in 2008, as evidenced by factory sign-off papers. Her previous owners sailed her across the Atlantic 10 years ago, and she has been lightly used since. I bought her four years ago. She has been diligently maintained and is in very good condition, with many recent upgrades and refurbishments.
The boat is currently lying in the Atlantic side of Panama at Shelter Bay Marina, an excellent resort-grade full-service marina near the entrance of the Canal. I have enjoyed using this as my home-base for this excellent cruising area. However, my plans have changed and 3Rivers is in turn-key condition for a new owner to enjoy the beautiful cruising grounds of the Caribbean. Or, sail her back to Europe, or to the east or west coasts of America, and start your dream of a lifetime!

Great starter boat, my family had a lot of fun on this boat. She's very comfortable and easy to maneuver.
I am the 3rd owner. She spent her entire life on Lake Ontario before I purchased her and had her shipped to Guntersville. Boat has never seen salt water, and therefore has aged incredibly well.
Previous owner installed new dodger, bimini, boom cover, along with New Found Metals portholes in cabin, and custom wood cockpit floor.
I have added new solar & charge controller, stereo and speakers, running rigging, cleats, grill platform, all LED cabin lights, and mostly LED running lights.
I live in Birmingham, so will need a couple of days notice to show the boat. Thanks Located in Guntersville,

Sturdy well maintained freshwater trailer sailor ready to go. Selling due to purchase of a larger boat for extended cruising. If I had the time to keep and sail both I would, but I'd rather someone else continue to enjoy and take care of her.
Background:
Purchased 3 years ago (saw very little use with previous owner since 2013). Do not have a complete history, but based on conversations with PO and documentation aboard there is evidence of 3 owners including me. Have been to the Florida Keys (Marathon) twice and a trip to the Puget Sound (Olympia to Port Townsend). At cruising weight (tools, provisions, etc), boat & trailer weighs 7000lbs. Highway towing with a stock 5.7L 2011 Toyota Tundra 4x4 maintaining posted speed limits is not an issue.
Heavy, but does sail well in winds above 8kts. Have been out single handing sustained mid-high 20s with gusts into 30s and felt safe. Settles in at about 10 degrees heel angle. Received second place in the 2023 Lake Pueblo Sailing Club Commodores Cup w/ PHRF rating of 312. This model is also featured in Twenty Small Sailboats to Take You Anywhere by John Vigor if you're interested in more model specific details
Overall:
No soft spots. All portlights and hatches seal completely (no leaks). Some hairline gelcoat cracks typical of age but no excessive crazing. Fuel tank removed for inspection and in serviceable condition but never used. I use a small aux tank located in lazarette (estimate .15-.2 gallons per hour based on logs). Water tank removed for inspection and repair, replaced with 29 gal flexible (removable) water bladder with vented/pressurized electric faucet in galley.
Engine:
Starts and runs without issue. Yanmar YSB-8 with 400 hrs. Note: purchased with hour meter inop. PO replaced old engine with (290 hr freshwater engine). I have detailed hours mx logs, which is what I use to keep track of current hours. Located in Colorado Springs,
Colorado.

Price reduced $150k!
Owner says SELL!!
His New Carbon/Kevlar Catamaran has been delivered. Even tho he has spent a ton on Holani II, its time...
"Hiolani II" has been a one owner boat since her original construction. Warren Seaman and Alfred Kumalae (the "S" and "K" in CSK catamarans) were involved in the building of this high quality boat. The family has maintained the boat in excellent condition over the years. Hiolani was built for performance in that era of catamarans. She has Asymmetrical hulls for speed (20 knots). Her rigging was brought to a very high standard due to the owners owned a sail loft and they had a rigger in the family which kept her up to racing standards but used Hiolani sparingly over the many years of ownership. Hiolani was launched in 1988 and was always kept at the California Yacht club in Marina Del Rey. Hiolani is a very special boat and the owners spared no expense keeping her up. I purchased Hiolani in August 2017 and I have been updating her ever since. She comes with an unbelievable set of records/plans and receipts! Over $60k was spent on her a few years before I purchased her, and I less than 3 years ago spent over $100k. Yes you read that correctly! Located in Channel Islands Marina Ventura,
California.

1984 Wiggers J/N 39 Fractional One-Ton "Encore"
The Joubert/Nivelt 39 Wiggers Lager 40 One Ton is the limited production version of Diva, a boat which swept the IOR in 1983, winning the Fastnet Race, Admiral's Cup, SORC, and other major events.
For notes on the history of the design, see rbsailing.blogspot.com/2013/04a-joubertnivelt-one-tonner.html
Encore was originally delivered to San Diego and later made her way to Lake Michigan. She sailed out of Michigan City, Indiana for many years and was purchased in 2011 by a passionate racer in St Joseph, Michigan. Under his ownership, she was extensively refurbished in both hull and deck, all wet core was removed and replaced with the deck, bottom, and hull professionally fared and refinished.
Today she is an absolutely solid boat. You can sound any part of her structure without worry. The decks have Kiwi-Grip non-skid, beautifully refinished. The scariest part of buying an old boat is fixed on this one; she is solid. The bottom was faired and coated with epoxy barrier coat, as well as multi-season bottom paint. All deck hardware was removed and replaced with Butyl tape bedding.
The interior of the boat has not been refurbished, and interior surfaces could use varnish and/or paint.
The engine is a Universal Diesel model 5424, an in-line 3 cylinder, with fresh water cooling, serial number 311-603. Hours are unknown. We have done a great deal of work getting her ready for the water, including installing a host of new engine parts, including:
- New OEM Facet electric fuel lift pump (old one worked is now a spare)
- New impeller for the fresh water pump, old one as a spare
- New exhaust hose for run from engine to rear bulkhead
- New thermostat, old one as a spare
- Rebuilt alternator
- New and spare fan belts
- New oil pressure sender
- New temp sender
- New and spare oil filter
- New and spare fuel filter
- Three spare glow plugs
- Fresh antifreeze (engine is fresh water cooled) Located in St Joseph,
Michigan.

2005 Hunter 146. A fun and forgiving boat to sail! Our situation just makes it too hard to launch and use, so we've reluctantly decided to sell her.
She draws 6" with the centerboard up, 3 feet with it down. The mast can be easily stepped by a single person.
More Specs are here: https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/hunter-146/
I've made several improvements:
- Installed a boom kicker to keep the boom from dropping to the deck when lowering or reefing the main. The photo of myself and my daughter sailing was before I installed the boom kicker.
- Added a breakaway jam cleat to the articulating rudder to avoid damage in case it hits something.
- Bought a wind vane which I haven't installed
- Fitted a spare tire to the trailer
- Bought a new mainsail cover Located in Concord,
Massachusetts.

The Good:
This is a great sailing Scot. Its clean. Everything works well. Lines, blocks, shrouds, sails, all in great shape. Includes main, jib, and spinnaker, trailer, and boat cover.
The Bad and Ugly:
Its 38 years old. It has its share of nicks and dings. In particular:
- The base of the mast is reinforced with metal straps. Its ugly but works just fine. Its been this way for years.
- The boat cover zipper is broken. But the cover works fine with snaps.
- The trailer wheels are rusty. Theyre ugly but are fine. New tires. Located in Rockford,
Illinois.

Great first Boat (&) Go anywhere Boat. Available from NOVEMBER 2025.
If youre looking for a first boat thats safe and easy to handle, ready to move up from a smaller sailboat, or dreaming of a go-anywhere cruising boat thats virtually maintenance-free, this might be just right for you.
Our sailboat, the Bayfield 29 (Neeru Naayi, which means "Otter" in Kannada), was designed by Ted Gozzard and built in Bayfield, Ontario, Canada. Its purpose-built for comfortable cruisingcapable of handling bluewater passages, coastal sailing, and even the rough Great Lakes, known for their 10-foot waves and sudden storms. With its classic fibreglass hull, clipper bow, sweeping sheer line ending in a bowsprit, deep forefoot, full long keel with attached rudder, and cutter rig, the Bayfield 29 is both elegant and tough.
She was our first sailboat, and when we got her, we barely knew how to sail. But she was forgiving, kept us safe through some of the harshest Great Lakes conditions, and helped us become better sailors.
The Bayfield 29 is a solidly built vessel with a heavy displacement (around 8,500 pounds), offering a smooth and stable ride. Its shallow draft lets you anchor in many places, while the cutter rigfavoured for offshore cruisingprovides flexible sail handling for anything from light winds to storms. The keel-stepped mast adds to the boats structural integrity.
Unlike most boats of this size, the Bayfield 29 doesnt have a V-berth. That space is instead used for a larger head. Sleeping arrangements include two quarter-berths, a single settee berth to port, and a pull-out double berth to starboard, which is easy to set up. The spacious interior features a quality headliner, overhead grabrails, and sliding teak panels for privacy in the main saloon. The galley is to starboard with a two-burner Origo alcohol stove, while the port side houses the icebox and navigation stationeach with a quarter-berth behind.
Currently, we sail her across Lakes Michigan, Huron, and Superior. When not in use, shes moored at Sturgeon Bay. Located in Sturgeon Bay,
Wisconsin.

Getting rid my Catalina 22 in favor of a larger cruiser, suited for the type of sailing I want to do. She's free if you can come get her, but if there are no takers I'll be scrapping her soon.
I'll add some of the known issues, things which make her unfit for extended cruising:
- There's some moisture in the deck, to what extent I'm unsure.
- The swing keel is loose around the pivot pin. This is a common Catalina 22 issue.
- The motor mount is aging, and should be replaced soon.
- The halyards are also aged and could use replacing.
- Some of the wood is aging and breaking apart.
- There is crazing on much of the deck, and stress cracking in a few spots. Located in Oyster bay,
New York.

To be worthy of the name, this classic yacht tender is able to perform all the tasks necessary to serve her yacht. She is structurally sound, able to carry a reasonable load of people and stores, moves easily under two bronze oar stations or small motor, tows straight and true with minimum strain on the mother yacht's performance. She is light enough at 85 pounds to be handled by two people whether hoisting her aboard, car-topping, or beaching. She is a good little ship, "one for the heart". Care for her well and she will surely bring you joy. Located in Chocowinity,
North Carolina.
