1967 Cheoy Lee, Cruisaire, Sailboat (36 feet), one of only six, for sale by owner. Fiberglass hull. Very well cared for. Very well equipped. About 100 hours on rebuilt 38 horse Perkins/Westerbeake and rebuilt transmission. Both of which are in EXCELLENT condition. Centercockpit with hard doger/sunroof. Forward and aft cabin. VERY CLEAN with nice bright work.
Recently equipped for an Atlantic coastal cruise (accomplished in 2006-2007 (Virginia to Maine) and ready to go. Sails (I think there are 8 sails in all?) are in fair to good condition. The main sail is in very good condition. Repairs and parts well documented.
