| Description: |
This Pearson 35 is a sloop rigged, full-keel with centerboard, skeg-rudder, keel-stepped mast, and a 25-hp Westerbeke diesel engine. The interior offers varnished teak trim, a teak and holly sole, four-opening ports, a double berth portside of the main cabin, a head with the optional shower, forward cabin with a hanging locker, and a bureau. This vessel has good accommodations for up to six people, including the convertible dinette, settee, and pilot berth. Her galley is L-shaped with a top-loading icebox across, and located to starboard aft in the main cabin area. Her deck and cockpit offer pedestal steering, four-winches, and a deck anchor well. Headroom in this vessel is 63, and her mast height DWL is 446. This vessel is sturdily built, and very durable for sailing use. Overall, its a good serviceable vessel for a serious pleasure-sailing Captain. She's a "work in process" currently, and looking for a new home, so please give us a call for more information, or an appointment to view this sailboat. |
