Description:

This handy little coastal cruiser (hull #50) is offered in very good condition. We recently had a child (and are expecting again!)and find that we have even less time than before!! So, sadly we are selling the boat rather than watch it deteriorate in the yard. It has a lot to offer and needs a few things too. The hull is in excellent shape and the deck and housetop had all dings sanded and filled last year. The deck was painted and requires some touchups. All sails (main, jib and storm jib) are in good shape, all running rigging is new last year with the exception of the main sheet (which needs replacing). The water and sewage tanks are not currently installed, it was a project for this year. The boat comes w/ a flexible Fresh H2O tank and a hard tank for the forepeak. Much of the wiring is new and the batteries are new in 2006. Most of the fuel hoses are new as well. The bottom was stripped and repainted last year. The waterline is a little off but you can see in the pictures that it is not too bad. Here is a punch-list from a recent survey. Nothing too big… I am currently picking away at these items as time and weather allow * The return line from the fuel injectors to the fuel tank was found to be in need of a hose clamp at the aft injector. *The galley sink drain hose needs to be reinstalled. * The hinge on the lazarette hatch was missing. (I have this hinge and hardware) *Recommend installing a sea strainer on the raw water pick up for the engine.
