All running and standing rigging is in very good condition.
I installed new deep cycle battery last year when I installed running and cabin lights including led courtesy lights in bunks and lazarette using marine grade wire and marine breaker panel. Cushions were also recovered last year.
I also painted all of the inside last year, sanded down and refinished britework including tiller, built new dropboards out of 1" teak.

When I bought the boat two years ago, it was in very good shape stored indoors for several years. In 2007 added a new rubrail, had the hull faired and all dings fixed added a cdi furler an epoxy barriercoat and bottem paint bought a porta potti and a solar vent and had the trailer overhauled and fixed.
In 2008 added a 135% furler genoa, new canvas for the sails (Jib sock and mainsail cover)new outboard (3.5hp mercury 4-stroke)replaced some standing rigging and new jiblsheets and reeflines and had the mainsail overhauled.
My costs over the last 2 years inlcuding the purchase of the boat is almost 14,000. .
